analytica lab Africa, South Africa’s only trade fair for laboratory technology, analysis, biotechnology and diagnostics, will return to Johannesburg’s Gallagher Convention Centre from 5-7 July this year after a two-year hiatus.
analytica Lab Africa’s exhibition area showcases equipment, techniques and services across analysis, quality control, laboratory technology, life sciences, biotechnology and diagnostics, with workshops and demo areas where stakeholders will see new innovations and benefit from knowledge sharing and insights.
The key industry event, postponed in 2021 due to lockdowns and travel restrictions, will be co-located with IFAT Africa – the leading trade fair for water, sewage, refuse and recycling. The co-location brings together the broad and integrated spectrum of science and innovation, laboratory technology, water treatment, waste management and recycling for one-stop access to the interconnected value chains in these sectors.
The first analytica Lab Africa took place in July 2019 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg, proving hugely successful and attracting over 145 exhibitors from 15 countries across 6,000+ square meters of exhibition space. Now organised by Messe Muenchen India and Messe München GmbH, the co-located analytica Lab Africa and IFAT Africa events aim to bring together over 6,000 visitors to benefit from cross-sector networking and exposure to the latest industry trends and solutions.
