analytica Lab India 2025: A Laboratory of Progress

April 25, 2025

Mumbai edition crystallizes India’s ambitions in laboratory science and infrastructure innovation Key Highlights: • 6,502 professional visitors • 200+ exhibiting brands • 300+ high-intent Buyer-Seller meetings • 3,000+ products and technologies on display

In a landscape where precision, speed, and compliance define industrial excellence, laboratories are no longer backend operations—they are the frontline. That premise was writ large across the halls of the Jio World Convention Centre, where the Mumbai edition of analytica Lab India 2025 unfolded between April 23–25.

Built under the bold theme, “We Create Labs”, the trade fair made a clear departure from conventional trade exhibitions. Lending star power and strategic relevance to the trade fair was cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, the official face of analytica Lab India 2025. Known for his precision, agility, and strategic impact, Jadeja embodied the fair’s positioning as Fast, Focused, Future-Ready—qualities mirrored in both modern laboratories and the business momentum of the show.

Drawing a total of 6,502 business visitors from not only India but also the UAE, Sri Lanka, the United States, Japan, Singapore, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany, this edition shattered previous attendance records and strengthened its position as South Asia’s most influential laboratory technology and analytical science fair. With participation from 200+ exhibiting brands, the show was both extensive and expertly curated—ensuring depth, relevance, and opportunity.

At a time when India’s laboratory expansion is being driven by pharmaceutical R&D, food safety compliance, clinical diagnostics, and environmental testing, the fair’s end-to-end focus stood out.

Key sectors served include Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Food & Beverage Testing, Environmental Monitoring, Clinical Diagnostics and many more.

Core lab-building verticals included:

• Analytical Instrumentation

• Laboratory Furniture

• Laboratory Glassware

• Robotics, AI, and Digitalization

• Consumables & Regulatory Tech

The takeaway? If you’re setting up a lab in India—or scaling one—this is where your supply chain begins.

Running parallel to the exhibition was the three-day conference program, ‘Future Labs: Revolutionizing Analytical Testing with AI, Automation, and Next-Generation Tools’, which brought together domain experts, regulators, CTOs, and institutional planners to critically examine the transformative forces driving the evolution of laboratory science. This program was co-organized with the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (India) - Mumbai Chapter, PharmaState Academy, and the Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance. Key themes included digital transformation in lab operations, AI and ML in predictive diagnostics, automation-led compliance, and the emergence of modular, mobile, and smart labs. The discussions were forward-facing, with clear calls for India to embed digital agility into both public and private lab infrastructure.

Adjacent to this intellectual capital was the Software Pavilion—a curated zone that featured leading brands showcasing enterprise solutions across LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), DMS (Document Management), QMS (Quality Management Systems), and data security frameworks. It served as a command center for labs looking to digitize not just their workflows but their compliance lifecycle.

Completing the experience was the Buyer-Seller Lounge, a dedicated business zone that facilitated over 300+ high-intent, structured meetings between tech providers and institutional buyers with live capex mandates. This environment of qualified access ensured that conversations moved swiftly from inquiry to intent. In addition, pre-event roadshows engaged audiences across four key cities — Aurangabad, Pune, Daman, and Navi Mumbai — fostering successful pre-event networking. This momentum contributed significantly to attracting participants and regional visitors to the show days.
