analytica Lab India and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2025 Conclude on a Record-Breaking Note in Hyderabad
September 20, 2025
Hyderabad, September 25, 2025: Hyderabad witnessed a remarkable convergence of science, technology, and business as analytica Lab India and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2025 unfolded at the HITEX Exhibition Centre. For three days, the venue transformed into a buzzing hub of innovation, where ideas travelled as freely as people, and the boundaries between research, industry, and global collaboration blurred seamlessly.
Spread across 7 halls covering an impressive 50,000+ square metres, the co-located fairs featured 650+ exhibitors presenting more than 10,000 breakthrough products and solutions. From advanced laboratory instruments to state-of-the-art pharmaceutical machinery, the exhibition floor offered a panoramic view of how technology is redefining India’s role in the life sciences and pharmaceutical value chain.
Drawing over 32,149 visitors from India and abroad, the event lived up to its theme— “Epicentre of Progress.” It wasn’t just about the scale of participation; it was about the quality of conversations, the deals struck in meeting rooms, and the curiosity sparked in conference halls. From leading pharma manufacturers and pioneering researchers to start-ups and policy makers, the gathering reflected the ecosystem’s collective drive toward efficiency, sustainability, and global competitiveness.
Among the most engaging features was the Software Pavilion, which offered a glimpse into the future of digital labs and smart factories. Here, visitors explored the impact of AI, machine learning, robotics, IoT, and automation on everything from compliance frameworks to production efficiency—technologies that are already rewriting the rules of modern laboratories and pharmaceutical plants.
The Innovation Launchpad added a different flavour, serving as a dynamic digital showcase where the most disruptive new solutions were spotlighted. Projected on a central screen, these innovations invited visitors to trace them back to their respective exhibitor booths for a closer look. It was not just a display but a roadmap—guiding professionals toward the ideas most relevant to their own challenges and ambitions.
Adding an unmistakable global edge, the International & German Pavilions became hotspots of cross-border exchange. Delegations from Europe, Asia, and beyond brought with them advanced systems, engineering expertise, and cutting-edge instruments, providing Indian stakeholders an opportunity to see firsthand the technologies shaping labs and pharma plants across the world. These pavilions underscored the fair’s role as a genuine meeting ground for science and commerce at a global scale.
Beyond the show floor, the Hosted Buyer Program and Buyer-Seller Forum gave the event a sharp commercial edge. More than 1341 structured meetings were facilitated with 384 qualified buyers, ensuring exhibitors could connect directly with high-volume decision-makers. Delegations from leading bodies such as KDPMA, IDMA (Gujarat and Tamil Nadu), MPSDMA, and APPON (Nepal) added gravitas to the initiative, while buyer participation spanned Indian hubs from Delhi and Chennai to Guwahati and Ahmedabad, as well as international markets like UK, USA, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, South Africa, Ghana, Jordan, and Kenya. It was clear that Hyderabad had once again positioned itself as the gateway where India’s pharmaceutical and life sciences industries engage with the world.
Knowledge-sharing was equally powerful. The three-day conference program blended thought leadership with practical insights. Day one focused on The Intelligent Lab in collaboration with the Indian Analytical Instruments Association (IAIA), spotlighting automation and compliance. Day two, in partnership with Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IPA), carried dual tracks—Innovating Science and Shaping Pharma 2030—highlighting sustainable analytics and robotics in pharma. The final day, organised with Society of Clinical Research and Medical Professionals (SCRMP), explored The Analytics Advantage, addressing quality, safety, and regulatory excellence. With 50+ renowned experts, the sessions were not academic debates but pragmatic explorations of where the industry is headed and how it will get there.
The show floor at analytica Lab India and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2025 was as dynamic as it was diverse, and the energy was palpable. Exhibitors noted that the event offered far more than a chance to showcase products—it opened the door to meaningful dialogue. Mahendra R Mehta, Managing Director, Parle Global Technologies, said: “Every discussion here felt purposeful. Visitors were not just curious—they were ready to explore solutions that could be implemented immediately. That level of engagement is rare and deeply rewarding. For others, visibility through new platforms proved invaluable. Dr. Muruganand Duraisamy, Head of Marketing, Eppendorf India, added: “The Innovation Launchpad gave our new offerings visibility, but the real success was the meaningful conversations at our booth with decision-makers committed to technology adoption.”
Buyers echoed these sentiments. Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Sr. President (Global Operations), Mankind Pharma, added, “It was a true one-stop platform—bringing global and domestic machine suppliers under one roof. Instead of chasing multiple sources, we could complete sourcing decisions and discuss capital investments worth over ₹350 crores for our upcoming projects, all at the show—saving immense time and effort.” Adding an international perspective, Bishoy Nassef Louis Nicola, Production Manager, Evapharma for Pharmaceutical Industries, Egypt, said: “For us in production, this platform goes far beyond procurement. analytica Lab India and Pharma Pro&Pack’s emphasis on research and quality, along with the mix of pharma processing and packaging innovations, makes it the ideal hub to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and secure sustainable growth for our operations.”
For industry leaders, the edition stood as proof of India’s growing prominence in life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Bhupinder Singh, President IMEA, Messe München and CEO, Messe Muenchen India, remarked: “analytica Lab India and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2025 have reinforced Hyderabad’s role as the epicentre of India’s pharma and life sciences industries. By convening the right technologies, global partners, and decision-makers, we created a platform that accelerates innovation, compliance, and sustainable growth.”
Cherukuri Ravindranath, President of the Indian Analytical Instruments Association (IAIA), highlighted the momentum of the laboratory and analytical sectors: “This year’s edition showcased India’s indigenous capabilities while enabling collaborations that transcend borders. As co-organisers, IAIA is proud to see analytica Lab India evolve as the country’s most definitive forum for laboratory technology and research-driven innovation.”
Harshit Shah, President of the Indian Pharma Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPMMA), emphasised the event’s unique positioning: “As co-organisers of Pharma Pro&Pack Expo, IPMMA sees this platform as the only space where process engineering and pharmaceutical innovation converge. The discussions here will translate into partnerships and technologies that shape the industry’s next decade.”
Together, these perspectives—from exhibitors, buyers, and co-organisers—underscored not just the scale of the event but its impact: a meeting ground where ideas became opportunities, and opportunities turned into commitments for the future of labs and pharma.
